(By Richard Holway) I note that The Times dedicated its front page to the £18b scandal as Whitehall’s IT plans spin out of control and the main article Secret computer deals that are costing the taxpayer billions. Most of these themes have been done before. But it is worth a read – particularly if you are involved with one of the companies or projects mentioned.
